Where Do You Think This Company is Headed in Five Years?
If you are planning to work with a company for a long time, you should make sure that the company is growing so you can grow as well.
What’s Your Favorite Part about Working for the Company?
This question is a great way for you to gauge how your interviewer feels about his or her job. If they are enthusiastic about their role, this can be a great sign. If they aren’t, it’s worth making a mental note of it.

Asking focused, but open-ended questions in an interview is not only a great way to learn more about the role, but it also shows the interviewer that you are actively thinking about how your skill-set and experience might align to the position.
